The 17th edition of the COMPLAS conference series, COMPLAS, is an established event in the field of computational plasticity and related topics. Held at the Campus Nord of the Technical University of Catalonia, UPC in Barcelona, Spain, COMPLAS aims to bring together practitioners in the nonlinear structural mechanics field to discuss recent advances and identify future research directions.
The objectives of COMPLAS are to address both the theoretical bases for the solution of nonlinear solid mechanics problems, involving plasticity and other material nonlinearities, as well as the numerical algorithms necessary for an efficient and robust computer implementation. As a Thematic Conferences of the European Community on Computational Methods in Applied Sciences (ECCOMAS) and a Special Interest Conference of the International Association for Computational Mechanics (IACM), COMPLAS is a great opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their products and services.
