As UCTEA Chamber of Metallurgical and Materials Engineers' Training Center, we are proud to announce an event that will break new ground in the metallurgy industry. On 16-17 November, the Employee Safety and Wellbeing Symposium in the Metallurgy Sector will be held at the HALIC Congress Center in Istanbul, Turkey, to mark the 100th Foundation Anniversary of Republic of Türkiye.

METEM, with a high sense of responsibility, has started the "Movement of Safe & Sound Together" and has carried out and continued awareness studies for the industry, in order to develop issues in the sector and to keep them constantly on the top priorities of agendas. Metal-ESWS will create an opportunity to learn from each other about the strong developments and innovations in the world for the creation of "decent" working environments, and will be an invaluable contribution to the transition of the industry from Rule-Oriented approach to Human-Oriented approach.
