The Ice Cream Convention & Expo is a premier event for ice cream and frozen dessert professionals. It is the only meeting that focuses specifically on innovations in Ice Cream & frozen dessert research, technology and new market trends. Hosted by the IMA (Maharashtra) – an apex body of Ice Cream Manufacturers of Maharashtra – the event is held in the Auto Cluster Exhibition Center, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra.
Western India is the highest consumption center of ice cream, with Maharashtra having the third-highest rate of consumption in India. From to, the ice cream business saw record investments in new factory setup, production capacity expansion, and modernization of plants. Most ice cream manufacturers are now planning to expand their production capacity and modernize their plants.
