ChemProTech India 2012 - International Exhibition on Chemical Process Technology & Equipment is the initiative taken by Chemical Weekly, Koelnmesse YA Tradefair & DMG World with support of the industry and other important associations to create a platform for the chemical under one roof.

The first edition of ChemProTech India 2011 has created an unique benchmark for the entire chemical plant process machinery & equipment industry. The exhibition was organized in concurrent with Chemspec India 2011 India's leading exhibition on fine & speciality chemical. With the growth rate of 20% on YOY th basis in terms of exhibitors & visitors Chemspec India successfully completed the 6 edition . ChemProTech India was officially supported by India's only & leading process plant machinery association -(PPMAI). PPMAI was Established on March 31, 1964, is an Association of Companies that provide Systems, Equipment & Services for establishing Process Plants. It was also well supported and accepted by its esteemed members of the association include the leading manufacturers of process plant and equipment as well as engineering and consulting companies that serve the process industry.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Jai Hiremath - President, Indian Chemical Council, in the presence of Mr. Prasad Chandran - Chairman, BASF; Mr. Kishore Shah, President, Indian Spec. Chemicals Mfgrs Assn. Mr. Kirit Mehta, President, CAMA, , Mr. V. P. Ramchandran - Secretary, PPMAI; & many more senior representatives of the industry & association.
