The Stonecrab Festival is an annual event that celebrates the history and culture of the Naples area. Held at the opening of Stone Crab Season in October, the festival is hosted in partnership with the City of Naples and four other business districts in downtown Old Naples. It is the only event of its kind in the City or County that has also participated in the Economic Development Council's Place Making and Connectivity Forum for Quality of Place.
Exhibitors will have the chance to promote the history on and around the waterfront as a place or destination with a variety of activities, goods and services. Visitors can enjoy food, games, children's activities, live music and more. Special days are also organized for school children, providing an opportunity to learn about the history and culture of the area.
