Welcome to the Governorate of Basra, the hub of most of the Iraqi oil reserves. The "1st Basra International Oil & Gas conference and Exhibition" of last year was a great success, and we have decided to continue holding the event this year as well. This event will provide you with the latest updates and opportunities in Iraq's oil and gas industry, as well as the chance to meet decision makers and network with local and international partners.
While this event will cover the Iraqi industry as a whole, it will specifically focus on the upstream sector services that are required to support the production and handling of the increasing volumes of oil and gas. Within the current decade, there will be additional volumes of approximately 10 million barrels of oil per day and 10 billion standard cubic feet per day of mainly associated gas and free gas. This event will be the perfect meeting point for all parties interested in playing a role in shaping the future of Iraq's oil and gas industry.
