Cheesetoberfest is an all-out, no holds barred, grilled cheese/mac n' cheese competition held at Fordham & Dominion Brewing Company in Dover, DE. This event offers an exciting opportunity for local restaurants and companies to showcase their culinary expertise and compete to be crowned the Grand Cheezmo. Visitors can expect to enjoy a variety of activities, including live music, games, and of course, plenty of cheese.
Exhibitors will be able to showcase their skills in two cheese categories: grilled cheese and mac n' cheese. An oompah band will provide the entertainment, while brewery staff and volunteers will be pouring award-winning Octoberfest, along with Spiced Harvest Ale, Oak Barrel Stout, Rams Head IPA, Copperhead Ale, and Helles Lager. Food samples and a commemorative stein will also be available.
Cheesetoberfest is an event not to be missed. With 20 Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Philadelphia restaurants (THE PROS) VS. 20 random people (JOES) competing for the title of Grand Cheezmo, visitors are sure to be delighted by the variety of cheeses and activities on offer.
