IEEE NFV-SDN 2024
Event Information
The 9th IEEE Conference on Network Functions Virtualization and Software-Defined Networking (IEEE NFV-SDN) will be held in-person in Dresden, Germany from 7-9 November. As the premier IEEE event on the latest NFV and SDN concepts and mechanisms, this conference will provide a platform for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to discuss the foundation, design, verification, operation, security, and evolution of virtualized network functions, with the current emphasis on Cloud Native CNFs in addition to the more traditional VNFs. Additionally, advances in SDN concepts and the relationship Beyond 5G/6G networks and transmission technologies will have with applications within the NFV architectural concepts will be explored.
This event will provide an opportunity for attendees to gain insight into the performance, manageability, and energy consumption implications of virtualization efforts, as well as the virtualization efforts going on in the radio and the management of the radio using AI/ML. Attendees will also be able to learn more about how Beyond 5G/6G applications are designed, orchestrated, and managed by NFV mechanisms and VNFs.
IEEE NFV-SDN is the perfect opportunity for experts in the field to come together and share their knowledge and experience in the world of network functions virtualization and software-defined networking. Don't miss out on this chance to stay up to date on the latest advancements in the industry.
