SERVICES, sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society and held under the auspices of the Technical Community on Services Computing (TCSVC), is the premier professional event for the services computing field. It provides a platform for experts to explore the latest advances in services computing, from current and emerging systems and networking related to cloud, edge, and Internet-of-Things (IoT) to intelligent computing, learning, Big Data, and blockchain applications. Authors are invited to submit original papers to any of the conferences hosted by SERVICES. All manuscripts will be peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers, and accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press.
