The 37th International Geological Congress (IGC) is set to take place in Busan, South Korea in. On behalf of the Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources (KIGAM) and the Geological Society of Korea (GSK), we are honored to host this event in the Republic of Korea.
Korea is a prime location on the Eurasia plate margin, making it a perfect destination for the IGC. The country is renowned for its geological excursions, both within the country and in neighboring countries reachable within an hour flight from Busan. Moreover, the event will offer unique programs such as the 'Young Geologist Program' and 'Geological Film Festival' to attract international participants. With substantial support from local and central government agencies, the event is sure to be a success.
The 37th International Geological Congress will take place at #55 APEC-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea. We look forward to welcoming exhibitors from around the world to this unique event.
