Darwin is proud to host World Aquaculture (WA2023) for Australia for the first time since. This annual event will bring together the Australiasian Aquaculture industry and will see several thousand attendees from around the world converge on the city of Darwin.

WA2023 will be an opportunity for the international aquaculture community to present their work and exchange ideas and develop a vision for the future of the aquaculture industry. Contributions to developing new and existing ideas to stimulate this vital industry are welcome, as almost half of the world's consumption of seafood comes from farms, and aquaculture is playing an increasingly important role in meeting the challenge of global food security.

Located at Stokes Hill Road, Darwin NT 0800, Australia, WA2023 will offer a chance to gauge the sector's progress, whilst we discuss and debate the issues, ideas, mechanisms and hands-on practical approaches towards building a better industry. This event will also provide ample opportunity to network during both structured and free-flowing events.
